WHO WE ARE

JANE

Owner, Nurse Practitioner

Jane has been working as an aesthetic provider since 2015. She has a love for learning and is continuously learning new procedures. Jane was a competitive bodybuilder in her 20's and has continued that passion for achieving a healthy lifestyle and helping her patients be their best. She also served in the United States Navy, as a nurse. Her favorite aesthetic procedure is an Erbium laser for overall skin rejuvenation.

MARIAH

Registered Nurse Injector

Mariah has a passion for everything skincare and loves working in aesthetics. Her favorite skin care product is Jan Marini C-Esta serum for brightening the skin. She has been performing aesthetics with Revive RX since she graduated nursing school. In her free time she enjoys traveling and hiking with her boyfriend, Aidan and her dog, Sugar.

CRYSTAL

Registered Nurse Injector

Crystal is a mother of 3 girls and 1 boy. She has been a labor and delivery nurse for nearly 25 years. She is a self proclaimed adrenaline junky. When not a work she is being crafty, building and creating pretty much anything. She joined Revive RX in the fall of 2018 for her IV skills but fell in love with aesthetics, soon thereafter. Her favorite service is microneedling, but a close 2nd is full face rejuvenation with filler.

BREANNA

Practice Manager

Breanna loves building relationships with patients, getting to know their stories, and celebrating their progress along the way. Dedicated to creating a seamless and welcoming experience, Breanna works hard to ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Outside of the clinic, she’s a self-proclaimed foodie who enjoys exploring new restaurants and local favorites on her days off.

XENDRIA

Office Support Staff

Xendria, currently working on her ASN, is a jack of all trades. She assists our practitioners and nurses with procedures, and admin staff with phones. When she isn't at Revive Rx she is spending time with her son and working towards her nursing degree.

ASHLEY

Registered Nurse Injector

Ashley, a registered nurse with a decade of experience in the operating room and a growing passion for aesthetics. She loves helping clients feel confident through thoughtful, skin-focused treatments and is especially drawn to microneedling- for it's natural, long term results. When she's not at work, you'll find Ashley running, traveling, or hanging with her dogs.
